Travelled the East coast from Kuantan to Kota Bharu on a seven hour bus ride.. not much to see in between took one photo. 
There is meant to be nice islands off the coast and did see some from the bus, but all I really noticed was the smog and air polution... must be much nicer under the water with the fish and coral.
Might look at doing some islands in Thailand instead.

Did Jungle railway today.. 8 hours on the train.. not bad... was surprised to see so many houses and built up area all the way.. I was really expecting to see jungle.. Oh well saw a little bit I guess. 
Got back into Kuala Lumpa tonight and got a bed and a feed, feel a lot better after that.
